Scrapping the 8% bodyfat goal and turning 180. Time for the first bulk cycle.
Decided that a 8% bodyfat goal was contradicting to my longterm goals. I want to build strength. Build muscle. Compete in IPF. Compete in BJJ. That means scrapping the 8% goal, and sprint the opposite direction towards a bulk. This is the start of my first bulk cycle.
