I went full circle on diet. Normal diet, to vegetarian, to vegan, to whole food plant based, back to a normal diet.
Bodyweight training has gotten more intense lately to the point where I’ve decided to shift some goals. For the next phase, I’m planning to focus on strength training. I see the importance of it as a foundation to all my future pursuits as well. It’s exciting to see a goal so clearly. To see the finish line so clearly that I have to remind myself to feel and experience the journey. After all the journey is where the high is really at.
