Losing weight isn’t about “what” you eat, it’s about “how much” you eat.

CICO. Calories in calories out. The foundation of losing weight. It’s not about “what” you eat, it’s all about “how much” you eat. This was the method that lost me over 110lbs(50kg). Back then I didn’t even know the term CICO. This is my breakdown.

This episode I go through my experience with CICO. The mistakes I made, the plateaus I faced, and how I crossed the finish line.

There are so many people out that have achieved better numbers than me, I thought my story was sub-par.

3 days ago I published my weightloss journey for the first time. It was also the first time I openly shared my progress pics. I’ve been thinking about doing this since I hit my weight goal over a year ago. Smothered by excuses day after day I kept putting it off thinking my story wasn’t good enough. I was wrong.

This episode I reflect on the responses from sharing my journey, lessons I’ve learned, the plans moving forward.
