A full recap of 2017. January I was in limbo after hitting goal weight 2 months back. March started habit building. June started documenting. August started bodyweight training. October started powerlifting. Skinny to thick. Cut to bulk. It’s been a super fulfilling year. Onto 2018! Happy New Year!

#025 – Non Zero Days

the magic begins when you have a massive string of consistent non zero days.

A zero day is a day where you do absolutely nothing towards your goals, dreams, or whatever it is you want to do. A non zero day doesn’t mean you completed a set of tasks, or achieved significant progress. A non zero day is simply taking one step forward. Writing one sentence, reading one page, doing one pushup.

This episode I go through the significance of non zero days in my journey. I break down how it helped me create a exercise habit that is now ingrained in me. The importance of forcing yourself to do things you don’t feel like doing.
