Zero exercise to habits to bodyweight training to powerlifting – 2017

A full recap of 2017. January I was in limbo after hitting goal weight 2 months back. March started habit building. June started documenting. August started bodyweight training. October started powerlifting. Skinny to thick. Cut to bulk. It’s been a super fulfilling year. Onto 2018! Happy New Year!
