I was always the fat kid.

I was always the fat kid. I’ve tried a good chunk of diets & exercise methods out there. None of them worked. All were temporary fixes with minimal results. I’ve finally understood what works. It’s not the method. It’s the consistency. The hard work.

#002 – Starting Exercise

You either put time towards your health, or put time towards being sick.

Throughout the journey of losing over 100 pounds (46kg) I did zero exercise. The weight cut was done purely on food. Now that I have hit the weight goal I slowly begin to incorporate a daily workout routine. As of recording I have exercised over 110 days in a row without fail. This episode touches on the process of getting started. The process of building momentum.

I cover my influence from MMA. My exercise path of choice. Building a foundation using body-weight fitness. Creating momentum but building habits. And my current daily routine.
