I used myfitnesspal since 2015 January 1st until recently I switched to another app to count my calories: Carbon diet app. After 6 months being on carbon, here’s my comparison of the two. I still use both!
There’s a new app I’ve been semi obsessed with. It’s still in it’s super early stages, I thought I’d hop on and give it a quick explanation along with my initial thoughts.
