Travel use to mean relax, now it’s a puzzle to solve.
Was suppose to go on a two day work trip, ended up on a five day mini family vacation. Previously all I had to worry about was calories. This was the first time I had to think about proteins, and workouts. Wasn’t easy, somehow managed. Far from optimum. Gotta get more practice.
