First week of no myfitnesspal. It feels… nice.

Back from deload, no more myfitnesspal, scale weight going down, still hitting PRs. A quick one this week.

A quick update this week. First week back from deload. No more strict calorie counting, feels like eating a bunch, but weight still going down.
