A little rant. The numbers that get thrown around is that weightloss is 80% diet, 20% exercise. When doctors told me I had to lose weight they prescribed exercise. I lost over 110lbs/50kg in less than two years doing zero exercise. Zero.
This episode I go through trend of prescribing exercise for weightloss. The upside down mentality that to lose weight means hitting the gym or going for jog. Not saying exercise isn’t important, it absolutely is. But in terms of body composition, it’s all about the calories.
