#023 – Whey DHA

Whey, fish oil, vitamin D, creatine. Hello supplements.

Started whey protein this week for the first time in my life. Ended up opening the floodgates of supplements. Fish oil, omega-3s, DHA/EPA, Vitamin D, Creatine. I was hoping use zero supplements and be purely on whole foods. Turns out I was a tad naive.

This episode I go through my discovery & research of supplements, my failed attempt to stay with wholefoods, the ongoing journey of chasing dreams.
