2 ingredient pancakes, banana & egg.

With the new workout routine I’ve been leaning away from a plant based diet to keep up with protein. Still sticking to whole foods, so there’s been a lot of chicken breast & seafood in my meals lately. These have become my go-to recipes for quick & easy meals.

This episode I go through my menu for the past 2 weeks. Breaking down the recipe & cooking methods as well.
